The staff were exceptionally courteous and eager to assist. Our accommodation, even after midnight, was seamlessly handled by the administrator who efficiently addressed all our inquiries and fulfilled our extra needs, such as additional pillows and blankets for the children, as well as extra drinking water.

It was our first night in Chișinău, and the location was so great that we found the hotel very easily, and reaching the city center was just as convenient. I loved the breakfast! The coffee was good, but during my one-week stay in Chișinău, I had even better coffee elsewhere. Still, it wasn't bad, and the hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent—helpful, friendly, warm, and sincere. I think these words best reflect their attitude.

Great location. Reception staff speak Romanian and English. Room large and comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. Hotel was also decorated for Christmas. Made it feel really festive.

Very nice and stylish hotel with a suitable location and possibility to park safely. Very comfortable rooms! Very hospitable staff! Great breakfast! Pleasant decoration! In the neighborhood you can find shops, pharmacies and cafes.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is not that far from the city centre which can be reached on foot or by public transport.

Clean room, nice restaurant onsite, friendly understanding staff (almost all of the staff except of one person). Free parking. lots of restaurants nearby. not far from botanic garden and lake (and almost all the embassies) - you can reach them by feet in 30 mins

We were pleased to find a hotel that accepts dogs. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
